About Boonmee



Boonmee  Nishimoto is a native of Thailand. She is both an instructor and a designer of Thai fruit and vegetable carving.

Boonmee has been teaching beginners and intermediate classes at the Adult Extension Programs at Los Angeles Harbor College and West Los Angeles College in Southern California.

​

Boonmee is also available for private instruction, where you will have her undivided attention. The private instruction also allows you to learn and complete carved projects of your edible art.
